What makes a great teacher?

The purpose of "Possibility" is to celebrate people with disabilities, showcasing their career pathways, and how their drive and determination, combined with opportunity has taken them to where they are now.

Traditionally, many businesses take an individual approach to supporting people with disabilities.

We will be showcasing these same people and their forward thinking and community focused organisations, to show that anything is possible.

By sharing these stories, we are hopeful that we inspire others to come on this journey to harness some talented people, and grow their potential.  Businesses can learn and understand from the stories as well, erasing misconceptions when considering employing people with disabilities.

Please research the site, and if interested in progressing your career, or marketing your contracting or consulting business, please join our talent pool by registering on JobCafe.

Show your support by subscribing in the top right hand corner of this page to the "Possibility" network to receive our monthly newsletter.

As Nelson Mandela said "It always seems impossible until it's done."
